Fitness club starts up Tuesday, November 5th! Fitness Club will run every Tuesday and Friday through February (see the Cooper website calendar for exact dates).
Fitness Club is a great way to get your body & brain up and running before school. Come join us because exercise charges your brain and helps you wake up before school. In the fitness room there are different exercise machines like the ellipticals, bikes, and many weight machines. We'll watch ESPN's Sports Center & listen to great music while you workout.

Fitness Club meets Wednesday and Friday at 7:20 in the morning. NO signup necessary, just show up at 7:20, change into your P.E. uniform and meet in the fitness room. Mr. Eckert will provide a workout for you or do your own. We'll conclude each workout with an optional core workout and stretches (@8:05am) led by Mr. Eckert.

I have done fitness club last year and I will be doing it again this year. I also like intramurals and the games you play.
Looks fun will try to join
Fitness club looks fun and it looks like a good way to start your morning. Fitness club is another to exercise. I might think of joining it looks like a fun way to be with others and make new friends.
In my opinion I think fitness club is a great idea, it is a great way to start your day. You can go with your friends and you don't even have to join like a club meaning the way of joining like cross country or chess and so on. In conclusion, I think fitness club is a great idea.
