1 Mile
2. Push-ups
3. Pacer
4. Curl-ups
5. Sit 'n' Reach
*Parents will receive an email of their child's performance regarding these tests.*
Fitness testing is important because you will be able to see how far you have gone since first grade. It also shows some places where you have to improve.
