I think that yoga is good for your health. I also think that it is a good thing to try. Also I think it is a good excercice in the morning.

Yoga is good from both physical health & mental health and there are many different types of yoga. It gives many different benefits like it can lower stress and lower blood pressure and the video did a good way of explaining how yoga is good for you.
